Can You help? ... here's a list
LOCAL Public / LEGAL - I would like to obtain a copy of any "bill" showing Wayman's hourly rate for 2002 and 2003. This is information she should have disclosed in 2003 under CPD s, 13.5. Oddly enough I DON'T believe her claim (advised in October 2004) which is higher than City of Bath rates - she is neither City based nor an SFLA member. Can you help? Do you have such a bill? It may be useful ... it would certainly be interesting.
Public / LEGAL - Has anyone else had problems or complaints with Wayman's conduct or (seemingly non-existant) record keeping? Maybe we can help each other.
PRESS - It DOES seem that the Higher Courts are less willing to ignore the law and rules laid down by the DCA. A public hearing might focus any future Judge. Think there may be a story here? Want to print the URL? Please drop me a line.... and... Go ahead.
LEGAL - Does anyone want to offer free legal advice? When this is over it seems I will still have sustained a substantial loss through Wayman's Professional Misconduct and / or negligence (are estimates for work already done which are "out" by over 500% negligence or deliberate deception?) - fairly easy to prove and sufficiently high to warrant recovery in the High Court. Any takers? Want more info.?
