In reply to your email dated 16^th July 2008 please find enclosed a copy bundle of documentation received from Mr Nigel Long, together with his covering letter dated 7^th July 2008. There are seven sections labelled from "a" through to "g".

We would remind you that it is for you to supply evidence in support of your allegations. Furthermore, Mr Long must be given the opportunity to consider and comment upon any evidence you supply.

If you wish to rely on any documents supplied by Mr Long that will be acceptable, however, you must state which documents you intend to rely upon and clearly identify the paragraph/s or sections to which you refer.

As stated in our letter to you dated 14^th July 2008, your reply and supporting evidence must be received by close of business on 28^th July 2008, we will then be able to advise you of the date when the Complaints Committee will consider your complaint.
