We write to advise you that Mr Nigel Long has responded, within the required 21 day period, to our letter to him dated 18^th June 2008 and has accordingly provided documentation in respect of the' above, copies of which he has indicated have been sent to you. Please confirm that you have received a copy bundle of documents from Mr Long.

We also wrote to you on 18 June 2008 requesting documentary evidence in support of your claim. You have failed to respond to the aforementioned request. We are prepared to allow you an extension of 14 days in which to respond and submit documentation as requested in ourdetter (copy enclosed).

In your reply please set out concisely your complaint/s against Mr Nigel Long, in isolation, as a member of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen.

Your reply must be received by close of business on 28^th July 2008 and upon receipt we will advise you of the date when the Complaints Committee will consider your complaint.
